The homeowners association provides part-time courtesty patrols throughout the community. The days and times of these patrols vary from week to week. The purpose of these patrols is to provide the owners and residents of the community an opportunity to monitor the property, to minimize safety risks and protect against property damages. The goal of the patrols is not to interfere with student life activities, but to provide assistance when needed to the owners, residents and guests.
